The planned Early Access date is 5 November 2026. As of 30 October 2026, the game is not yet available to buy on Steam. This is the Early Access launch, rather than a full-release date.
County of Fortune is developed by Nepos Games and published by Aquila Interactive. It focuses on building a network of settlements across a medieval county, with production, trade, mayors, cultures and rival noble houses.
